Synopsis

They are rich and dis­tin­guished, often with­out work. Hus­bands are ser­vants attached to the diplo­matic corps, busi­ness lead­ers and some­times NGOs. They are in the cir­cle of Fran­coph­one women in Hanoi. They are part of the two mil­lions of our cit­i­zens, expa­tri­ates who have cho­sen to live and work abroad.
